Health and Performance Clinic opened in May 2005 at the Millbrook Mall. In February 2008 the clinic expanded and moved to the newly developed Downtown Medical Centre. The clinic began with two physiotherapists Ashley and Heather Buckle. Since the clinic has expanded to include Massage Therapy, Kinesiology, Occupational rehabilitation and Nutrition. There are as well two office administration staff and a clinic assistant.

HPC has a goal to combine the highest trained health professionals with leading edge technology to optimize patient outcomes. In this regard, the clinic has expanded and continues to expand towards a total health care facility.
