Health and Performance Medical Centre Update

Health and Performance is very excited to announce the soon completion of the newest Medical Centre in downtown Corner Brook. Construction is nearing completion and it remains likely that we will gain full occupancy in August or September this year. This means that our core services will be moving at that time so we ask you to stay tuned.

Up to Date

The fully completed main floor of the “old post office” is converted to our FitStudio (www.hpcfitstudio.com) along with a dermatology suite for Dr. Joshua Mercer. The main entrance that Corner Brookers would have used for the post office is now the entrance for these new businesses.

The bottom floor of the building is the section that used to feature the loading ramps for Canada Post. This beautiful 10,000 sqft space currently is undergoing major renovations. This floor feature offices for six family physicians, a specialists’ suite, a Pharmacy and allied health care including Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Chiropractic, and many more.

The third floor of the building was the previous home of MP, Gerry Byrne. This space now is a mixture of business suites serving the general public along with our administrative offices.

Future Announcements

Please stay tuned as we will soon be prepared to announce the exact occupancy date in the coming weeks along with the start dates for the Pharmacy and new Medical Specialist offices.
